Online Theoretical Driving Course (OTDC)

FJ Driving now offers the Online Theoretical Driving Course (OTDC), allowing student drivers to obtain a certificate, which is one of the requirements for acquiring a student permit.

The steps to enrolling for this course are as follows:

1. You can either click this link [https://saferoads.ph/create-account-with-dscode/1Z16WLT] or scan the QR code in the photo.

2. Create an account and accomplish the form. After that, click “make a payment.”

• There are two payment options. If you prefer to pay in cash, select “others” as the payment option. If you prefer to pay cashless, select “GCash” as the payment option.

• In the remarks section, indicate “OTDC Cash payment” or “OTDC GCash payment.” Please refer to your chosen payment method.

• Take a photo of your receipt and upload it.

3. Inform us that you’ve accomplished the registration and settled the payment so we can approve your account.

4. Once approved, you may access the portal by logging into your account.

5. When you’ve finished and passed the “ONLINE TDC Final Exam,” let us know so we can schedule you for the “Face-to-face written TDC Final Exam.” The Land Transportation Office mandates that you take this test.
